October 1–4 | Dayton, Ohio

Conference begins Thursday, 1 October at 3:00 pm and continues until Sunday, October 4 at 2:00 pm

We are heading back to where the mission began. This October, the International Remote Viewing Association invites you to Dayton, Ohio- the historic birthplace of the military remote viewing program.

Event Overview

While the science began elsewhere, Dayton is where the application took root. It was here that Dale Graff and the Foreign Technology Division first brought the potential of psychic espionage into the defense establishment, planting the seeds for what would famously become Project Stargate.

The history here is electric. Dayton served not only as the launchpad for operational remote viewing but also as the headquarters for Project Blue Book, the Air Force’s legendary investigation into UFOs. It is a location defined by its willingness to investigate the unknown, making it the perfect setting to explore the next frontier of non-local perception.

We are seeking dynamic speakers, researchers, and pioneers to join us. Whether you are unveiling new experimental data, demonstrating practical applications, or exploring the theoretical boundaries of the signal line, we want to hear your voice.

This year also carries a special focus on the discipline required to master the mind. We are honored to announce that An-shu Stephen K. Hayes will be joining us. As the founder of To-Shin Do and a hall-of-fame martial artist who brought the ninja traditions to the West, he offers a unique perspective on how heightened awareness and mental fortitude apply to our work.

We invite you to add your voice to this historic gathering. Do you have research to reveal, techniques to share, or insights on remote viewing that demand a stage? We are looking for presentations that will inspire, challenge, and connect us. Submit your speaker proposal using the form below. Come to Dayton to stand on the shoulders of giants and help us spark the next evolution of remote viewing.
