Applied Precognition Project
What is the APP?
The Applied Precognition Project (APP) represents a pioneering approach to exploring human consciousness and its extraordinary capabilities. Through the practice of Associative Remote Viewing (ARV), APP provides a structured platform for participants to develop and apply precognitive abilities in real-world scenarios.
APP utilizes scientifically-based precognitive remote viewing techniques, enabling members to participate in prediction groups, refine their skills through feedback-driven practice, and engage with a global community of like-minded explorers. The project's innovative online platform facilitates collaborative learning and practical application of consciousness research.
History & Foundation
Marty Rosenblatt, M.S., a computational physicist with decades of experience in military and industrial sectors, founded the Applied Precognition Project to bridge rigorous scientific methodology with consciousness exploration. His career includes managing sophisticated computer programs for the U.S. Department of Defense and NASA, analyzing complex phenomena from hypervelocity impacts to nuclear weapons effects.
Beginning in 1998 with Physics Intuition Applications (PIA), Marty pioneered the application of remote viewing to financial markets and sporting events. He served as writer and editor of the online magazine "Connections Through Time" and developed numerous associative remote viewing protocols over many years.
His workshops at the Monroe Institute and collaborations with renowned remote viewing experts like Russell Targ, Skip Atwater, and Stephan Schwartz have helped shape the field.
From its earliest days, APP has been a place of experimentation, learning, and community building. The project has consistently demonstrated that consciousness extends beyond conventional limitations of space and time, offering practical applications in finance, sports prediction, and personal development.
Through APP's conferences, workshops, and online training programs, thousands of participants have connected with remote viewing and experienced the transformative power of accessing information beyond ordinary sensory channels.
The project's citizen-science model has created unique opportunities for practice, innovation, and collective exploration of human potential.
APP Within IRVA
APP's Integration with IRVA
In 2024, the Applied Precognition Project became a major program within the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA), joining alongside the IRVA Research Unit (IRU), IRVA International, and IRVA Ed. This integration ensures APP's long-term sustainability while maintaining its unique identity, leadership, and activities.
Under IRVA's nonprofit 501(c)(3) structure, APP benefits from enhanced infrastructure, accounting, legal oversight, and shared resources, while its dedicated management team- led by Julie Beaman, Teresa Fendley, Crystal Hope, Patricia Haddadi, and others- continues to guide the project's vibrant, innovative, and community-driven mission.
Marty Rosenblatt continues to contribute as consultant, advisor, and project leader, ensuring that APP's founding vision of practical consciousness exploration remains at the heart of everything the project does. This partnership represents a natural alignment between IRVA and APP, two organizations that have consistently overlapped in mission, membership, and spirit.
