Dale Graff
Former Director of Stargate the Government Remote Viewing Program at Ft. Meade
Since retirement, Dale has served for many years on IRVA's board and continues to be involved in IRVA activities and research projects. He was the former director of Stargate, the government’s RV unit at FT. Meade, Maryland, in its later years of existence and was the creator of the code name Stargate. Since retirement, he has facilitated Psi-RV-dream workshops, published two books. He performs Psi experiments with a focus on Psi dreams and the lucid dream state. His professional background includes ten years with aerospace companies, some with the Gemini space program, and thirty years in the Intelligence Community with the Foreign Technology (FTD) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton Ohio and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, D.C.

Shane Stone
Manager of Applied Precognition Project Horse Racing Group and "Talk With" webinar host
Shane is an electrical engineer with a background in digital signal processing and communication systems, bringing a rigorous technical perspective to the study and application of remote viewing. His current research interests include capital allocation using remote‑viewing‑based predictions, direct viewing of multi‑outcome events, and error‑detection and correction protocols inspired by modern communication theory. He was first introduced to remote viewing while working in the personal development field, collaborating with intuitives and practitioners across multiple modalities. Since then, he has focused on building principled, data‑driven methodologies for applied precognition, particularly in domains such as horse racing, where probabilistic outcomes and multi‑choice structures create unique tasking challenges. Shane has published scientific research on laser light scattering for fractal measurement and on the fabrication of curved solar panels designed to reduce aerodynamic drag.

With a distinguished career spanning decades in information operations, special operations, and cyberspace, Greg has led strategic initiatives at the highest levels of government. As the former Director of the Joint Information Operations Warfare Center (JIOWC) and a Senior Executive in the Department of Defense, he has shaped global defense strategies, directed elite teams, and lectured at top institutions like Harvard and Texas A&M.
Angela Thompson Smith
IRVA Archivist
Following a career in medical research Angela Thompson Smith Ph.D. served five years at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) Laboratory. Following her work at PEAR, she relocated to Nevada to work as a Research Coordinator for Robert Bigelow. Dr. Smith was one of the original IRVA Directors/Members and has been a member of the IRVA Board several times over the decades. She was trained in CRV in the mid-1990's, by two Star Gate members: Dr. Paul H. Smith and Leonard "Lyn" Buchanan. Dr. Smith is also the Director of Mindwise Consulting that has trained remote viewers from around the world and carried out multiple application projects. She continues to teach and mentor students. Currently, Dr. Smith is working with a U.S. independent filmmaker in the production of a potential media series. Recently she became IRVA's Archivist, as well as being part of the IRVA Historical Team that is working towards ensuring the continuation of IRVA history.
Jana Rogge
Founder of PSI Vision Institute
Jana Rogge is the founder of the PSI.Vision Institute, a graphic designer with a university degree in visual communication, a publisher, and a former lecturer at Bauhaus University Weimar, Germany. Since 2022, she has held a position as research director at MK Advisors (USA), where she is in charge of RV-based research and decision-making procedures in the domains of technological and strategic application. Focus topics include the theoretical and methodological issues surrounding remote viewing, the creation of application domains, training and practice quality assurance, scientific research, and the establishment and upkeep of global networks. She is president of the Center Lane Project (CLP), editor-in-chief of two English-language magazines on parapsychology and remote viewing, and board member of the Society for Anomalistics (GfA) and other international professional networks in parapsychology, anomalistics, and consciousness research.
Caren Gallaudet
Operational Remote Viewer and Researcher
Caren Gallaudet is a US Naval Academy graduate who was trained as a hard hat Salvage Diver, and performed 2 deployments on the Mediterranean Sea in the 1990s on the USS Hoist and USS Grasp. Caren then earned a Master’s Degree in Underwater Acoustics and did research with the Marine Physical Laboratory and the US Navy using a passive drifting line array sonar in 2001. Caren and her husband Tim Gallaudet share a deep interest in UAP that began in 2017 and continues to this day, standing up as advocates for disclosure. In 2023, Caren decided to follow her growing interest in consciousness studies and train with Jana Rogge and Paul H. Smith in Controlled Remote Viewing. Caren has become a close research collaborator with Jana Rogge, contributing her scientific rigor to experimental design, and serving as a co-experimenter on ongoing remote viewing studies, while also working as an operational remote viewer.
