Important Bidding Information

1. Opening bid is a suggested value, we appreciate if your bid is higher as it supports new initiatives and programs we hope to launch this coming year.

2. The auction platform is not charging IRVA to process your online payments and we greatly appreciate this. Please note that in the payment checkout page, it adds an optional 17% as a suggested donation. You can change it to any amount including zero ($0) by selecting "Other" in the dropdown option.

3. If bidding from outside of United States or Canada and not picking up at the conference, please consider using the shipping option to an address in the USA/Canada and arrange shipping to your address via a friend or 3rd party provider.
