From the Archives
IRVA has Archives – except they are not all in the same place!
At one time, around 2022, it was discovered that multiple IRVA boxes and bags were in a Las Vegas storage unit. The key was finally tracked down and the items were brought to Boulder City, NV. The boxes needed cleaning and sorting and were then packed in new boxes and the majority sent off to the IRVA offices in Connecticut. Recently they were tracked down and a request is in the works to return the remainder of these materials to Boulder City. These original archives may come home!
In addition, two boxes of photographic negatives will soon rejoin the archives. Many of these are negatives of the formation of IRVA, taken by photographer Robert Knight and acquired by Ingo’s family business, Swann/Ryder, who then donated them to IRVA. The process of transferring these negatives to CD and thumb drive began. The boxes have been located and are on their way to the Archives, where the process of transferring them to a useable format and safe storage will resume.
Also, exciting news is that multiple packets of Ingo Swann’s early work at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) were retrieved following Janet Mitchell’s passing. Ingo had asked Janet to store them for safe keeping. Thank you Elly Flippen of Swann-Ryder and Paul Smith. They have been located and will be relocated to Ingo’s archives at the University of West Georgia (UWG).
Who knows what other treasures are out there waiting to be added to the archives?

PURPLE FABLES (QUARTET)
INTRODUCTION
Of all Ingo’s books, this is my favorite and I have read this little book several times! Each time I have discovered new insights and understanding of Ingo’s subconscious! Purple Fables gives you an inside glimpse into the matrix that was Ingo! To view the full review click here
QUARTET
Ingo relates how Purple Fables came into existence: this was a “data download” (who is to say where they came from: his subconscious, from the Matrix, from a Divine origin?). He woke one morning in April 1993 “out of a dream with the title Purple Fables spontaneously glowing in my consciousness.” He knew there would be four tales, a quartet, which would be written in four days. He even knew how many pages – and the stories unfolded in his consciousness, accompanied by visual images.
Ingo named the source of these Fables as the Sayer of Tales and, as he dedicated Purple Fables to his beloved mother, perhaps they came from her – maybe! Ingo concluded the book by adding a message from the Sayer of Tales “There are places to go and things to see. But your mind’s eyes can see their own tales if you let them – and can see more than tales if you let them also,”

The International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA) is taking remote viewing on the road this summer, connecting with researchers, experiencers, and consciousness explorers at several major conferences and events across the country. Whether attendees are interested in scientific research, psi development, or extraordinary human experiences, IRVA's outreach efforts provide an opportunity to learn more about the practice, history, and applications of remote viewing.

Congratulations to Our Contest Winner at Psi Games
IRVA's outreach program just participated in the 2026 Psi Games. This was another major event where hundreds of attendees visited the IRVA booth and shared their experiences with Remote Viewing. Congratulations to Mike Simcock from Michigan, whose transcript was chosen from 43 entrants in our "What's in the Treasure Chest” contest.
Mike won a year of IRVA membership and a ticket to IRVA’s Oct. 1-4 conference in Dayton, OH. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booths and helped make the events a success. We look forward to meeting many more members of the consciousness community throughout the remainder of our outreach season.

Focus on Analysis: HAG judging
In 2019, the Applied Precognition Project (APP) began using a new judging method for Associative Remote Viewing that became known as Harsh Analysis with Gestalt, or HAG. Donna Gatlin-Tanner helped Tom McNear and Marty Rosenblatt teach APP viewers how to use HAG, which enhanced the Targ/SRI method they had used to analyze their transcripts.
