THE PARANORMAL ACADEMY

ANGELA THOMPSON SMITH Ph.D.

Harry Potter had Hogwarts – IRVA has The Paranormal Academy!

This year, students will have the opportunity to participate in a 12 month course consisting of monthly modules with Angela Thompson Smith, a Ph.D. level instructor who has not only studied these exciting topics but practiced and applied them at an advanced level.

All of the modules can be connected in some way to Remote Viewing (RV). For example Ingo Swann called what he initially practiced Spontaneous Remote Viewing, and he participated in Out-of-Body research at the ASPR in NY with Dr. Karlis Osis and Dr. Janet Mitchell. Ingo’s practices were based on centuries of inquiry and practice into basic human experiences such as intuition, precognition, and remote perception in its many forms! Within the Star Gate Unit a modification of Guided Imagery, called Extended Remote Viewing (ERV), was introduced by F. Skip Atwater and was continued at Princeton’s PEAR Lab as Precognitive Remote Perception (PRP).

Learn about the progress of remote viewing from its early beginnings with Ingo Swann, its development at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) and on to its expansion by multiple schools of remote viewing around the world. Covered will be Natural/Spontaneous (NRV), Extended Remote Viewing (ERV), the Outbounder protocol, off-planet or anomalous contact remote viewing (EXORV), and an Introduction to the multiple stages of Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) up to Stage 6 and beyond.

The modules are:

1. Intro to Human Consciousness

2. Intro to Parapsychology and Extrasensory Perception (PSI/ESP)

3. Intro to Telepathy

4. Intro to Psychokinesis (PK)

5. Intro to Out-of-Body Experience (OBE)

6. Intro to Anomalous Communication (EXORV)

7. Intro to Remote Viewing (RV)

8. Intro to Extended Remote Viewing (ERV)

9. Intro to Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV)

10. Intro to Shamanism

11. Intro to Rune Reading and History

12. Intro to Dreams and Dreaming

Each course module will take place between 10am - 1pm PST, every third Saturday of the month, beginning January 21st, 2023. Monthly modules will include class text, online learning through PowerPoint presentations, practical examples, exercises, student discussion and self-test questions.

Students will be encouraged to print out the training materials and maintain a binder of these valuable lessons, many of which are only offered by Dr. Angela T Smith. All of the course materials will eventually be included in a book, The Paranormal Academy, that will be available on Amazon sometime in 2023!

All classes will be recorded so you won't miss anything. Following each class there will be opportunities to access the IRVA-ED resource website where students will be able to discuss the modules with other students, practice the skills they have learned, post interesting sessions and make comments!

Fees for the course will be $695 for IRVA Members/ $950 for non-Members covering all 12 modules for the entire year of 2023! Students also have the option and flexibility to register for specific modules of their choosing. To become a member, please visit: https://www.irva.org/shop/join
