Bill is a businessman and resident of New York City. He is a former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a Naval Reserve officer who has been associated with remote viewing and psychokinesis research since 1989. As a former director of the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research program (PEAR), he assisted in funding their process patent on the effect of intention on random events. Bill is a former vice-president of IRVA and currently a director and vice-president of the Rhine Research Center. He is IRVA’s longest-serving director.
